Build your skills and grow your confidence! Discover how Red Panda Gym supports students of all ages and abilities, with a variety of classes and structured curriculum. 

Our classes

Juniors (Ages 3-5yrs) 

45mins

Juniors provides fun play-based learning to create a dynamic environment for young children to embrace their developmental learning needs through experience. The class aims to teach general and tricking-specific basic movement through guided teaching, experimentation environments, positive growth reinforcements and individual expression.

Beginners (Ages 5+yrs)

1h sessions

Beginners kickstarts our Tricking Levels Program for ages 5 and up. It focuses on teaching basic tricking skills and combos, and developing strength and flexibility through circuits, group teaching, drills and skill repetitions. The class aims to develop a foundational tricking repertoire, and help students progress into RPG intermediates. 

Intermediate

2h sessions

Intermediates introduces more complex flipping, twisting, and kicking skills, building off RPG Beginners. RPG Intermediates starts letting skill diversity truly shine, giving athletes a vaster skill library and a higher focus towards students' specific desires and goals. The class aims to provide key physical preparation requirements, exercises, experimentation environments, drills and activities to nurture trickers through to RPG Advanced.

Advanced

2hr sessions

This class focuses on advanced connections, twisting skills and flips, combining break dancing and creative contemporary movements, strength and conditioning.

Adults (13yrs+) 

2hr sessions

Our adult classes focus on personalised progression, helping you develop skills, strength, coordination and confidence as you progress in your movement journey. Whether you’re brand new or looking to refine skills, our coaches can support you with your goals and help you develop your individual style.

Home Schooling Program

Build Strength, Skills and Friendships into Your Homeschooling Week

Our Home Schooling Program welcomes students aged 5–18 to join fun, engaging activities that blend fitness with creativity. Led by experienced coaches, these sessions cover tricking, tumbling, acrobatics and aerial skills, and also build core strength, coordination and body awareness. 

Our students enjoy challenging physical activities, while gaining confidence, learning teamwork, building last friendships and discovering their unique capabilities and talents. 

NDIS‑friendly programs, tailored to support participant goals

At Red Panda Gym, we offer inclusive, NDIS‑friendly programs designed to support each participant’s individual needs and goals. Our team brings extensive experience working with support clients, along with personal insight into navigating NDIS submissions, budgeting and planning.

We customise every program and training session to help participants get the most out of their time with us. Our engaging, personalised approach focuses on building strength, developing confidence, learning new skills and making meaningful progress toward individual goals.

Private Coaching

Expert-led coaching with Phill Gibbs

Looking for one-on-one support to sharpen your skills? Private coaching with our Head Coach Phill Gibbs can provide you with personalised, tailored guidance to help you progress faster, refine your technique, land key skills and develop your confidence in a focused lesson. 

Each session is focused on achievable growth and development (with a bit of fun in the mix!), to help students turn goals into results. 
 

Our approach to training

At Red Panda Gym, we help students build and develop foundational skills, with the freedom to develop their own style. Our classes support all ages and skill levels – guiding students through skills step by step in a fun environment, with a strong emphasis on safety, structured learning and building confidence. 

 

Progress looks different for every student. That’s why our coaches take a personalised approach – meeting students where they’re at, encouraging a growth mindset and creating an environment where learning feels both challenging and rewarding!

How do students progress?

Curriculum

Our core curriculum helps develop core tricking skills and combination abilities through an athlete-centred approach. This foundation enables students to pursue their own style and passion in the sport, develop creativity and problem-solving skills, own their learning pathway and grow in their physical capabilities (strength, flexibility, endurance, agility).

Level Assessments

Red Panda Gym uses level assessments to reflect on and celebrate students’ progress. They help our coaches understand how students are developing within the curriculum and determine if they’re ready to move into a more advanced skill class.

 

Classes continue as normal throughout the term, with level assessments typically held during classes in the final week. During this time, coaches use our curriculum goals to provide directive and support students’ progress. 

 

After assessments are complete, we recognise achievements by giving students certificates to celebrate their progress.
