Meet one of our youngest members, Finley! 😇

Finley is a regular in our Juniors class from kids ages 3 to 6. He's been enjoying learning how to bounce around and throwing some cool 'Ninja kicks'. We've made some great progress on controlling his landings from a height, as well as his coordination with learning his kicks.

KYAN IS BACK! 😁😁😁

It's been wonderful having this young man back in the gym doing classes and private lessons. Last week we were practising cartwheel Helicoptero and he's already starting to unlock the movement.

We also had his first private lesson where we focused on connecting his kicks into different combo ideas of his choice! He did a wonderful job putting it all together PLUS keeping the intensity of each kick nice and sharp!

We go through all the fundamentals that are incorporated in Tricking, tumbling and acrobatics. This man has yet again found a unique way to achieve an incredible skill off our foam pit. Harley performs a skill called a 'cody' from the edge of the pit and landing back on floor. WHAT A GUY! 🤩

This young man had been practising on his trampoline like an animal! We've been working on improving the height of his front tucks, and then all of a sudden, BOOM!

We finally got the right take-off to get his double fronts nice and high, and this was the first time seeing him pull both flips over the top!
